Work to date is to a good standard and comprises rolling chassis with coupling rods; commercially built steel boiler by John Rex Model Engineers and the V-twin engine, complete to air-running stage - there's a low resolution clip of it being tested on air here.
The rolling chassis has both bogie/gearbox assemblies fitted.
We've got a complete 3 1/2 inch gauge one of these in stock at the moment if you want to see what it looks like when finished and sold a 5 inch gauge version way back in 2010 which we took down to the club one afternoon - it went like the clappers!
