A 5 inch gauge Stirling 8 foot single, an older engine, it has had much recent work in the ownership of a highly experienced model engineer with many fine locomotives to his credit, including an LB&SCR Terrier and Scamp 0-4-0T which we sold many years ago.

Boiler has had recent test with new certification issued, the engine runs well, notching up in either direction.

Boiler feed is by effective axle and hand pumps - whilst an injector is fitted, looking at the plumbing we'd regard this as purely decorative...
