A twin cylinder mill engine, built to Edgar Westbury's "Double Tangye" design - not built much these days, although in my eyes as well-proportioned as the Stuart No.9 and of similar size.
This one turns over freely but much of the detailed machining is of a distinctly pedestrian nature - it would be a worthwhile project requiring some sympathetic fettling and fitting of parts after which a good paint job could produce a fine engine.
