A vintage compound twin vertical engine. It's come to us from the son of the builder - himself a talented model engineer and boiler maker of repute - who believes his father built it in around 1932 whilst working at a shipyard.

Simply built, although carefully observed, complete with boiler feed and air pumps. Very much the work of a man surrounded by the real engines in his day job.
