Trueman hand-turned pipe organ - stock code 10558

A hand turned pipe organ, built by Peter Trueman of Chaddesden, Derby in 1994, builder's number 63/49.

Starting building in 1980, Trueman's organs gained a reputation for high quality pipes and action, housed in relatively plain cases.

A 21 note organ, with 20 pipes and a bell, it comes complete with eight books of music, including:

  • The Savoy American Medley
  • Sing-a-long favourites
  • Yankee Doodle
  • God be with you till we meet again
  • Abide with me
  • Onward Christian Soldiers
  • 23rd Psalm
  • Tulips from Amsterdam
In working order, although playing longer tunes needs concentration and good arm muscles if you want to keep up a constant tempo! There's an audio clip of it here.
