A horizontal mill engine, based largely on Stuart "Victoria" parts although with a smaller, six inch diameter flywheel.

Nicely made, fit and finish of machined parts is to a high standard. It appears to have had little use from new - slightly tight to turn over initially by hand, it runs nicely on air.
