A well built Stuart triple expansion engine, fitted with condenser vacuum and boiler feed pumps, displacement lubricator and reversing gear.

Fit and finish of machined parts is good, connecting rods are number stamped. The engine turns over very smoothly and tries to run on air, old steam oil we suspect preventing it. Would be better on steam, although ideally one would strip the top end, clean and re-lubricate.
