Rather a curiosity this one. At first glance a Stuart S50 mill engine, there are no marking on the castings to confirm, in particular the bed plate which normally has "Stuart" cast in. Either somebody has go to a deal of trouble to remove the maker's markings, or this has been made copying the design.

Either way, the engine has been finely made and very highly finished. The brightwork has all been polished and plated, the paintwork is good. The engine turns over freely and will run nicely simply by blowing into the valve chest.
