A Stuart No.9 mill engine fitted with displacement lubricator and water pump. We've run it on air, goes ok, paintwork has been poorly done with odd splodges of green paint appearing where they shouldn't. A good candidate for a light overhaul and repaint - the No.9 is arguably one of the best proportioned of all the Stuart range.
