Something's gone awry in the building of this one; it's stiff to turn over with somewhat alarming flex in the valve gear and resolutely refuses to run on air.

The pipework is poorly conceived such that the connecting rod fouls on both the exhaust gland and the pipe to the governor.

Oh, and the slotted screws securing it to the base are tasteless, bordering on offensive...

While not a five minute job to dismantle and repair, the time spent would not be in vain - we've had several very fine examples of this design which are available in the Archive if you need some inspiration.
