A Stuart 10V vertical engine with Stephenson's reversing gear and fitted with drain cocks.

A well made and nicely painted engine, the brightwork has suffered from light surface rust in storage, it would clean off easily with Scotchbrite.

The engine runs well on air in one direction, not in the other, requiring the eccentric to be reset - it would be worth checking the slide valve for centrality on the ports at the same time.
