A beautifully put together small gas-fired steam plant with vertical wood-lagged boiler and a Stuart 10V vertical engine.

We've steamed this one in the workshop - the ceramic burner is quiet, bringing the boiler up to working pressure gently from cold and maintaining pressure nicely when running. The safety valve works very well, opening and closing in positive fashion.

The engine is fitted with drain cocks and displacement lubricator. It runs nicely, using little steam.

The boiler has had a hydraulic test, with certification issued for both that and the steam test.
