A Stuart 10H horizontal mill engine, assembled from a factory-machined kit.

We couldn't say that this one has been beautifully painted (although it would be the work of an enjoyable couple of evenings to rectify that) and the builder fitted the cylinder cladding sheet clumsily, with elongated holes to match up with the screws.

That said, the engine is fitted with optional drain cocks and oil cups and runs - as might be expected - absolutely beautifully down to low speed.
