An interesting old beam engine, of large size and good proportion. Six pillar design, with Watt type governor. The engine has been kept as a display piece by the previous owner, it doesn't currently run on air (although there's a limit to how long you can look for a problem in a single cylinder slide valve steam engine with no reversing gear, we don't think its likely to be a major problem). Turns over freely.
