Sanderson beam engine - stock code 1594

An interesting model beam engine, in running order with displacement lubricator and governor. This engine was built by a German gentleman who worked at Woolwich arsenal before the first world war. The engine is scratch built, mounted on a metal base plate which in turn is fastneed to a wooden plinth. Bore and stroke 1.375 x 2.375 inch, flywheel 10 inch diameter, overall length 20 inches.
