Now this is the way all boilers used to be made! Looking very similar (although a lot smaller) than the boiler on my big Pacific "T.J.Thurston", this is a beautifully made flanged and rivetted steel boiler with expanded brass tubes. Although wearing many years dirt, the boiler is unused and is in, unsurprisingly, "as-new" condition. The firebox features eight washout bushes, allowing complete inspection and cleaning of the foundation ring.
It's of a size suitable for a small 7 1/4 inch gauge locomotive.
Length 26 inches
Barrel 7 inches diameter
