Really not sure what this is!

Scratch-built, it appear to be a V-4 compound with bore between each pair of cylinders for a piston valve. Parts consist of cylinder block and sump plate, crankshaft fitted with piston and rods, marine-type flywheel. Overall length just under 6 inches.
