Part-built model of this elegantly proportioned beam engine, an accurate
reproduction of a Sanderson 12 hp engine of 1846. Machined
flywheel, crank, cylinder. Most castings to complete although missing the
eccentric strap and pump body. The cylinder support bracket has been made by
fabrication.
Work completed so far is fair, the beam has one end bushed and re-drilled.
No drawings, although they are available (along with castings) from Blackgates
Engineering.
