An excellent part-built "Sweet William" in 7 1/4 inch gauge. Work to date comprises a nicely painted rolling chassis, complete with quartered wheels, rear bogie, pump eccentric straps and sheaves. Machining work is to a high standard throughout, there are well thought out details incorporate like the remote greasing point for the bogie pivot, accessed from beneath the detachable footplate panel which saves grovelling around underneath.

There is a large box of new, unmachined castings including smokebox door and ring, chimney base and top and regulator block. There are laser cut components for the saddle, brake anchor and motion brackets, a rolled smokebox, length of chimney tube, a pair of part-machined water pumps and piston rings and O-rings for the regulator. Cylinders have been bored and faced, they need the steam passages and ports machining.

The boiler is commercially-built by AJB Engineering, CE marked with all paperwork, including initial twice pressure hydraulic test certificate. All welded steel construction with expanded tubes, it has been fitted with a steam dome at the rear, with ball valve regulator fitted internally.
