An early stage Adams LSWR B4 tank engine to John Clarke's straightforward beginner's design, comprising a set of frames with horns and buffer beams, some brake gear components and unmachined castings for the wheels, eccentric straps and grate. Work to date is to a high standard.

There is a new CE-marked silver-soldered copper boiler with maker's hydraulic test certificate and a set of drawings for the engine.
