A well-advanced 5 inch gauge "Britannia", comprising a largely complete chassis and silver-soldered copper boiler with combustion chamber. The boiler has a 180psi hydraulic test certificate for 90psi working, there appears little work required to get the chassis running on air.
Complete with a box of castings, including tender wheels, axleboxes and dummy springs, a set of tender axlebox roller bearings, a pair of laser-cut tender frames and a set of drawings.
There's plenty of work left to do, although all the serious expenditure is behind it now - it's hours in the workshop rather than writing lots of cheques, a basic bare, unclad engine without tender could be got steaming fairly quickly for only the cost of a few boiler fittings.
