An early stage 3 1/2 inch gauge "Britannia" to the LBSC design - an older project which has spent many years under a bench but there is a lot of good work beneath the grime.

Work to date comprises chassis with gunmetal cylinders, horns fitted, cannon box axles with roller bearings, smokebox complete with door and chimney, front bogie, machined driving wheels, trailing truck, guide bars with brackets, connecting and coupling rods, smoke deflectors with finely soldered edge beading and various other small parts and castings. The combstion chamber boiler is beautifully made and ready to be soldered together, complete with superheater assembly.
