A well-advanced 9F to the LBSC/Evans design, comprising a rolling chassis with cylinders and motionwork fitted, a good part of the valvegear done, lubricator, pumps and steam brake cylinder erected. There is a heavy box of unmachined castings, flanged boiler material, a part-made smokebox, stainless steel grate, set of Diane Carney plates and a largely complete tender.

Work to date has been nicely done, machining is very crisp throughout.

Complete with a building stand for the locomotive, well-thumbed set of drawings and copy of the construction manual.
