A part-built Allchin, scale up one and a half times from Hughes' popular "Royal Chester" design - we've had them in 1 1/2, 3 and 6 inch scales before. Much good work already done, the engine is up on its wheels with smokebox/front axle assembly fitted, rear axle with gears and tender. Boiler is a commercially produced item, silver soldered copper with CE mark and all paperwork. There is a box full of machined parts and castings, along with some patterns.

Complete with a clean copy of the Hughes book and a set of vintage drawings. A large engine in full size, the model will not be much smaller than a 3 inch scale Burrell.
