From the builder of the Anzani engine I currently have in (who also built, among many other models, a 1/5th scale Bentley rotary and a good Allchin I sold a year or two back), this is a scratch built open crank farm engine, based on the plans published in "Strictly IC" magazine in 2000 - the magazines covering construction are included.
