Meet the team

Station Road Steam started by accident in 2001. In those days it comprised a man, a shed, and a German Shepherd.
 
Since then it's grown. And grown.
 
We now own our 6000 square foot building; have invested heavily in CNC machinery to build a large range of our own design locomotives; operate a busy boiler shop which has turned out more than 100 boilers in recent years; and build, buy and sell more engines in a year - with customers all around the world - than we'd have ever thought possible twenty years ago.
