Liverpool pilot "MV Edmund Gardner" - stock code 2421

A well-made, scratch-built model of the Liverpool pilot cutter "MV Edmund Gardner", the prototype was built by Philip & Son of Dartmouth in 1953 and worked until 1982 since when it has been preserved by the Liverpool Maritime Museum at Albert Dock.

The ship is nicely detailed and fitted with a 6 volt electric motor, accessible beneath the superstructure which removes in one piece.
