Unusual old scratch-built horizontal twin with Walschaerts reversing gear. Four coupled drain cocks beneath the block.

This engine is grubby and well-worn having obviously seen much running. However, it does still run on air and would make a worthwhile rebuild project - I've only ever had one other Waschaerts gear stationary engine, which was a single.
