A "Katie" 0-4-0ST by Roundhouse Engineering, in as-new condition, it appears to have been little if ever used other than to test steam it.

Gauge convertable, the wheels can be set to 32 or 45mm by slackening off their grubscrews. The locomotive has manual regulator and reverser, a 2.4GHz radio control kit is available from Roundhouse.

Complete with a short length of track (shorter even than the Ffestiniog Railway's turntable, it's that short...)
