A gauge 1 "Patriot" No.45502 "Royal Naval Division", something of a "fixer upper" which looks to be either commercially built, or assembled using some commercially supplied parts.

The boiler has had hydraulic test with new certification issued. The chassis rolls freely but currently doesn't run, with air passing the valves. The pressure gauge doesn't show any reading, we suspect a blocked syphon.
