A coal-fired gauge 1 LMS "Princess Royal" Pacific, an older engine, well built originally and remaining in good condition.

The boiler has had a hydraulic test with new certification issued - there is a minor leak from the wet header joint which would take up under steam.

The water gauge and safety valves need cleaning and servicing, the chassis runs on air.

Paintwork in lined Crimson Lake is in good condition, the engine presents very well - when not out on the track, a most attractive thing to have on the bookshelf!
