We sold this one back in 2022 to an experienced model engineer and collector of curiosities. It's recently come back to us with new pushrods fitted and identified as a Bond's Simplex engine.

A single cylinder water-cooled four stroke engine, with overhead valves actuated by pushrods.

Of vintage appearance and proportions, the engine turns over freely with good compression.
