A Double Tangye mill engine to the Westbury design, an old engine which runs in desultory fashion, sporting a lurid paint job.

Apparently well made originally, this would make a good cosmetic restoration project - stripped, fettled and repainted there is the potential to make a fine example of this attractive design.
