A well-made Clayton steam wagon in 2 inch scale - underneath the muck there's some nice work gone into this one, from the crisply done bodywork and trailer through to the steel steering arms machined from the solid. All turns over freely - it's obviously been steamed in the past (it appears on wood, given the level of sticky black stuff in the firebox) but mechanically shows little sign of wear.

The crankcase has had a perspex panel let into the top surface, which means you can see the big ends whirling about when running - sounds terrifying, I think I'd prefer not to know what they're doing.
