We've made a start on the pile of Bagnall castings that have recently arrived back from the foundry, pretty much a complete set less a few small odds and ends. Wheels are being cast in steel at a foundry in Sheffield, they'll arrive in a couple of weeks.
Turning was done on the CNC lathe, with a second op on our machining centre - vacuum cleaner deployed in an effort to reduce cleanup time, cast iron dust gets absolutely everywhere!
Next components up were the hornblocks - these are the rears, the front horns are incorporated into the frame stretcher.
