We sold this one in May 2021, shipping it direct to Steve Foster of Fosworks in Blackburn who fitted radio control for the new owner.

Unused since, it's recently arrived back with us, along with several other gauge 1 locomotives. Photographs opposite were taken in recent days, words below are from last time it was here.

A gauge 1 Aster GWR King, it recently arrived with us along with several other gauge 1 engines as the owner traded up (several) size(s) to 7 1/4 inch gauge.

The original pressure gauge developed a fault and has been replaced with a slightly larger gauge reading in psi rather than bar.

Complete with original manufacturer's documentation, some tools and a basic wooden carrying crate.
