A well-made 7 1/4 inch gauge New York & Hudson River Railroad 4-4-0, built in 1998 with commercial copper boiler. We had this one running in the workshop earlier in the week, it goes well, the 8 1/2 inch diameter driving wheels giving a very relaxed beat to the exhaust - there's a clip of it here.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 90psi working pressure, feed by twin injectors, twin crosshead pumps, with auxiliary hand pump in the tender. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser in cab. Mechanical lubricator.

The locomotive is fitted with vacuum brake equipment, tender has a removeable driver's seat and pair of folding footpegs.
