We believe this to be a 7 1/4 inch gauge LBSCR "Terrier", using scaled up Martin Evans "Boxhill" drawings. The subtle clues that have led us to this theory include three sets of wheels (complete with eccentric sheaves, straps and rods), a pair of machined inside cylinders, split axleboxes, various other parts and a tube of drawings. With "Boxhill" written on the outside.

An open and shut case, if ever we saw one.
