A well-advanced 7 1/4 inch gauge "Hermes" 0-6-0T locomotive, comprising a substantially complete chassis with smokebox; twin axle pumps; a quantity of machined and unmachined castings and a flanged copper boiler kit.

Work to date is to a good standard, fit and finish of the motion and valve gear is excellent. Valve gear is complete bar the eccentric rods, usually made last and measured from the job.
