A particularly finely made "Sweet Pea", built as an 0-4-2ST with tender. Well-engineered throughout and nicely detailed with all sorts of touches making it easier to live with, from the lubricator dipstick to the tiny brass link provided to facilitate removing the R-clip from the engine to tender coupling pin. The engine runs beautifully - virtually silent, it will notch up in both forwards and reverser, there is no discernible wear in the motion or slide blocks.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by injector and axle pump with hand pump mounted under the left hand footplate. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Hackworth gear with pole reverser in the cab. Mechanical lubricator.

There is a substantial storage/travelling crate for the locomotive, mounted on castors.
