I sold this one last year, it's recently come back as a part exchange - hasn't had anything done to it in the meantime, still looks exactly the same as the pictures below, which were taken last time it was here.

Built as one of a pair by an experienced model engineer - the man responsible for the Tinkerbell 0-6-2T we sold last year that went particularly well - and based on Martin Evans' popular "Simplex" design, this engine is around 90% complete. The silver soldered copper boiler has been well put together and was hydraulic tested by the builder's club before installation.

Work remaining includes cylinder cladding, backhead fittings and pipework.
