Cosmetically scruffy, the boiler had had a satisfactory hydraulic test and is warrantied as sound, the locomotive runs on air.
Usable pretty much as is, it would make a good winter "fixer upper" - a repaint and some cylinder cladding sheets would make a world of difference!
