A well built "Simplex" to the popular Martin Evans design, in good order it runs particularly well - there's some video of it here.
Silver soldered copper boiler, feed by injector and axle pump - there's a hand pump fitted, although not piped up. 90psi working pressure, twin spring type safety valves. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Walschaerts gear, screw reverser in the cab. Rod operated drain cocks, mechanical lubricator.
