A Sentinel vertical boilered locomotive, built to a design which appeared in the "Model Engineer" years ago a featuring a multi-tube coal-fired boiler supplying a twin cylinder slide valve engine based on Stuart Double Ten castings, chain driven to the wheels. This one comes with a vast book of notes and pictures which probably weight more than the engine itself - it was started in the 1960s and finally completed by a friend of his recently. It's had a club hydraulic test for the silver soldered copper boiler, engineering is pretty basic throughout.
Rather unusual these, I can't remember having had a complete one before, although we've had a couple of part-built projects.
Complete with a substantial wooden carrying case.
