Assembled up to a running chassis, something's gone awry in the build thus far and it stubbornly refuses to turn over. Given how many of these we've had as complete engines and how well they normally go, we suspect that this is down to the assembly rather than any fault with the constituent parts.
Can't guarantee its completeness down to the last nut and bolt, however we can't see anything major missing.
Includes a set of assembly instructions and original manufacturer's documentation.
