A unused Polly III, assembled by a chap some years ago for his garden railway - by the time it was put together the railway had been lost to a house move, the locomotive becoming surplus to requirements. I bought it back in 2005 from the builder (there are pictures and more information about it in the archive here), since then it's remained unused, although stored in less sympathetic conditions - the brasswork is now dull and there is some very slight surface rusting to the steel platework.

Other than that, as close to a brand new Polly III as you'll find short of buying one from the factory.
