In good condition, the previous owner reworked the cab and tanks, along with a faux Belpaire firebox cladding, to make an attractive looking variant on this popular, easy to drive locomotive.
The boiler is standard Polly - copper, silver-soldered throughout - and has had a satisfactory hydraulic test in the workshop.
The engine steams freely and runs well, although the regulator leaks past and will require re-lapping to seal effectively.
