We sold this one back in 2010, it's recently come back in part exchange for a 7 1/4 inch gauge locomotive. Condition is much the same, although boiler now mounted in the frames. Words and pictures below from 2010.
A 5 inch gauge LB&SCR “Terrier”, Stroudley’s
diminutive 0-6-0 design dating from the
end of the nineteenth century. This one has been a complete, running engine in
the past, it was dismantled some years ago for reasons long since forgotten, it
now requires painting and reassembly.
The chassis is complete and turns over freely, the boiler
has had a twice pressure hydraulic test and a new certificate issued - the
engine will require a steam test when completed.
