We sold this last year, it came back to us in part exchange for a complete, running 5 inch gauge "Britannia". Condition is unchanged from the last time it was here, pictures opposite and words below date from that time.

A 5 inch gauge LNER V2 with a large amount of work done to date, including an air-running chassis, smokebox assembly and largely complete tender.

It's come to us direct from the builder, a man who has found the increasing wieght of the engine and advancing years have conspired against its completion.

Complete with drawings, it's a handsome design - we had a particularly good one in last year, there are pictures in the archive here.
