A venerable old "Maid of Kent" 4-4-0, built to a fairly agricultural standard, with the chassis better than the "top works".

It's come to us from a long-defunct garden railway, with a fire still on the grate. On a twice working pressure hydraulic test, remarkably the only leak was a backhead stay.

The engine turns over freely and runs on air.
